We had a September full of many wonderful adventures! Most notably we had the opportunity to head to Nova Scotia for a house concert and to compete in the Maritimes to Memphis International Blues Challenge. We had so much fun connecting with many Maritime artists, music lovers and listening to some excellent music!
While we won't be headed to Memphis this year, we gave it our all and are proud to be first runners up with a point difference of only 0.08 points! Congratulations to Shrimp Daddy & The Sharpshooters for representing in the band category and to Charlie A'Court for the solo/duo category!
Stay tuned for some exciting joint ventures with some of the other artists that competed starting with the 5th installment of the Amanda Jackson Band & Friends Concert Series with Ross Neilsen this Friday, October 2nd at The Haviland Club!
